CMDS core faculty Sejal Parmar is attending the OSCE Chairmanship Conference on Tolerance and Diversity as rapporteur of the panel on “Tolerance and Freedom of Speech: Countering “Hate Speech” and Combating Discrimination on the Internet” and will also present at the plenary of the conference.
