New Podcast: Innovations in Journalism During a Pandemic

The podcast discusses how the media coped with the crisis triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic: Innovations in journalism allowed media outlets to survive. 

The podcast’s host, Dumitrita Holdis talked to Robert Nemeth, who walks the audience through a series of innovative ways of responding to the pandemic he collected in a series of four articles. Then, she discusses with John Masuku the situation of journalists in Africa and how they deal with the effects of the outbreak. Finally, with Kate Coyer, they approach some of the structural issues that made journalism even more vulnerable during the pandemic.
