Kristina Irion on EU-UK Digital Trade

CMDS Fellow Kristina Irion and Mira Burri co-authored a commentary on the digital trade chapter in a new handbook on EU-UK trade relations.

The publication, in German, is entitled Handels- und Zusammenarbeitsabkommen EU/VK. Kristina Irion and Mira Burri discuss the future interaction between EU-UK data protection law and free data flow provisions in international trade law. There is also a comparison between the digital trade chapter of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement and other free trade agreements.
